I had a difficult time coming up with the objet I wanted to animate. I wanted to work with something that had flexible limbs, but I don't own any clay or playdough. Then it occurred to me that I could make a little man out of tin foil. The idea for the animation furthered when I realized it would be kind of cool if something that is meant to enclose and protect food, came to life on a mission to eat food. Using one sheet of tin foil, I crafted foil man and proceeded to animate his mission to obtain the famous thin mint. I occasionally used pieces of tape to stabilize him.
